The flagship
Main Event-Ready Physique
One-to-one coaching for people whose body is part of the job. Training and nutrition written around your actual week, adjusted every seven days based on what you report back.
How it runs
Intake call
We go through your schedule, your travel, your injury history, what you can actually eat on the road, and what you're trying to look like by when. Nothing gets written before this conversation.
Your program and your numbers
A training block built for the days you're genuinely in a gym, with substitutions ready for the days you're in a hotel. Calories and macros set from your data, not a calculator's guess, with meal options that survive a gas station.
Weekly check-in
Same day every week. Weight, measurements, photos, sleep, energy, hunger, and how the sessions actually felt. I read all of it and adjust — that's the part that makes this coaching instead of a PDF.
Form review and direct access
Send video of a lift and get it back marked up. Message me between check-ins when something changes, because on this schedule something always changes.
All of it lives in one app
Workhorse Strong is the app I built for my own clients rather than renting someone else's.
Your program, your food logging, your check-in form, your progress photos side by side, your form-check videos, and your messages with me are all in the same place. No spreadsheet, no email thread, no three separate logins.
Who it's for
Wrestlers on the independents trying to look like they belong on television. Roster talent who need to hold condition through a run of dates. And people who don't work the business at all, but want to train the way it's done by someone who does.
Who it isn't for: anyone looking for a crash diet before one booking. This is built to hold up over months, on a body that still has to perform.
